The cost is one of the lowest in Europe and certainly cheaper than in Brazil. In addition, there is an incentive to exempt income taxes obtained abroad for 10 years.

Euro per euro, there is no more competitive destination than Portugal, making Portuguese real estate one of the most desired in the world today. On the other hand, the offer is still very small, creating the ideal conditions for the appreciation and profitability of the domestic market.
